Any parent wishing to sign up their child/ren for the Taunton Extended Day Program, can download the enrollment form by clicking on filing cabinet on the left side of the page, click on Extended Day link than click on forms.  Please download the appropriate enrollment form including the Parent Handbook (Policies).  During the summer and school year there is a 2-week waiting period once the office receives the enrollment form with a yearly $20.00 non-refundable registration fee.  If you have any questions, please call the office at 508-821-1224.
