The Penderwicks

The Penderwick family is a family that went to a campground for vacation. They go on a wild adventure. The family made a lot of friends. The four children, Rosalind, Skey, Jane, and Batty get into a lot of trouble with this strange boy whose mother is strict. One night, she caught them making a mess and the mother and the son get in a fight and the mom might send him to a military school when he would rather go to a boarding school. Does he go to a boarding school or a military school?

This book is great. There is a lot of great characters that have great personalities. They all have fun in this story. You can just picture yourself in the book with all the detail the author provides. I would recommend this book because it has a great adventure that I know you will love.
