Our Chamberlain Cares team, consisting of parents, students, and staff, will again be organizing Thanksgiving baskets for our annual Thanksgiving Food Drive. Through this effort, we will be able to provide a basket for many families. Beginning Monday, October 30th, our canned and boxed food drive will be off and running! Our drive will end on Friday, November 17th. Gift cards are also welcome and are a huge help as well! Last year, in lieu of turkey donations, gift cards to local grocery stores were sent in. We thank you all for your continued support of our community!
Please join us for our School Council Presentation on October 11th at 6:00 in our library!
The dentist will be here on October 13th and 20th. Consent forms will be going home to all students. If you would like your child to see the dentist, please fill out the consent form and return it no later than October 5th.
Our Chamberlain Community Night is October 3, 2017, from 4pm-6pm.
Please join us for a fun filled night of FREE events, as we celebrate our Taunton and Chamberlain Communities.
There will be a bouncy house, a Gaga Pit, the Fun Bus, face painting, and free food!
The Taunton Police Department, Taunton Fire Department, YMCA, Boys and Girls Club, Mayor Hoye's Office, Taunton Library, Morton Hospital, and many others will be joining us!
The Fun Run is coming back to Chamberlain on October 12! Grades K-2 at 9:00 AM and grades 3-4 at 10:00 AM. Get ready to help your child celebrate fitness, education, and character!

Who was Joseph C. Chamberlain?
Joseph C. Chamberlain (1896-1965) was first elected to Taunton’s municipal council in 1940. A painter by trade and active in the local sports scene, Chamberlain went on to become the city’s thirty-sixth mayor, serving from 1954 to 1960. As mayor, Chamberlain worked to improve Taunton’s water system, and the 22.5 million gallon Prospect Hill Reservoir was completed under his administration.
