Parents, Guardians and/or Caregivers: The Taunton Public Schools would like to strengthen our partnership with the families of Taunton by sharing our school and community based resources during our 2nd Annual Parent University Day. We will be offering a wide range of workshops geared towards enhancing your child’s educational experience and providing some parental support as well. We look forward to seeing you!

Term 3 progress reports have been sent home with the students. Parents and guardians need to sign 1 copy. Students need to return the signed copy to their homeroom teacher.
The Nature’s Vision Fundraising catalog was sent home. They are due back on March 24, 2017. Checks can be made out to Martin Middle School.

Who was Joseph H. Martin?
Joseph H. Martin (1889-1969) was a great American success story. He joined the Taunton-based silver company Reed & Barton at age 13 as an office boy and retired 54 years later as a Vice President. Active in the community, Martin served on the Taunton School Committee and was a trustee of the Taunton Public Library for 38 years. (Source: "A History of Taunton Massachusetts," William F.
