The Taunton High School Gay/Straight Alliance is a recognized club organized in 1995. This cl
ub was established out of the need in the Taunton community for a safe meeting place for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning (LGBTQ) youth, as well as their straight supporters. All meetings are confidential so members can feel free to
share with others the feelings that they may not have been able to express previously and know that they will be supported. Topics and discussions are lead by peer leaders and
advisors. We are open to supporting choices and diversity among one
another. All Taunton High School students and faculty are invited to attend these
meetings.

GSA meets on Wednesdays after school in the Access Center from
2:15 - 3:00.
(The access center is located on the 3rd floor across from
the library
