Parent/ Teacher Partnership
NEXT MEETING:
Tuesday, February 13, 6:30, THS Library
FUTURE MEETINGS: Wednesday, March 14
Thursday, April 12
Monday, May 14
All parents are invited and encouraged to participate in Taunton High School's Parent/Teacher Partnership. The goal of PTP is to work together with the school administration to ensure a safe, healthy, and educationally sound environment for each and every student who attends Taunton High School.
Monthly meetings
Where: THS library
When: 2nd week of each month, rotating Monday through Thursday
Time: 6:30, for about an hour
Dates are announced well in advance on the Taunton High School Educational Access Cable Channel (Channel 9), as well as the Taunton Daily Gazette, and Radio Station WPEP (1570). During these meetings, the parents and faculty work together to address concerns and issues that impact on your son or daughter's high school experience.
With such a large student population, parental involvement can be crucial to change. Students at any level learn by example. One way to teach your son or daughter how to participate in their community and effect positive change is for you, as parents, to join the PTP.
