MCAS 2008

Hopewell Runs Up the Score

Hopewell has surpassed the 2009-2010 state ELA target of 90.2% by scoring 92.0%. Hopewell exceeded the 2011-2012 state Math target of 92.2% by scoring 93.4%. We attribute this success to a total staff effort starting from Kindergarten and continuing on up to the 4th grade. We also want to congratulate all the students, parents, guardians and extended family members who did this. We also need to cite incredible "Parent Teachers Together" and our very supportive corporate partner Bristol County Savings Bank.
Hopewell currently has the highest ELA scores of any Taunton school and the second highest math scores. Hopewell now has scores in the top 100 out of 1176 elementary schools in the state.
