Adult Vaccination

You are never too old to get vaccinated!

Our school nurses spend a significant amount of time ensuring that our students receive the required vaccinations that help to prevent disease or minimize symptoms. It is important that older adults also receive their vaccines.

The Centers for Disease Control has a list of the recommended vaccinations for adults which include:

Influenza (Flu),

Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis (Tdap),

Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR),

Varicella (Chicken Pox),

Human Papillomavirus (HPV),

Pneumococcal,

Hepatitis A (Hep A),

Hepatitis B (Hep B),

Meningococcal

Haemopholis influenza (Hib)

To learn more about which vaccines you may need, please contact your primary care provider. For additional information you can visit: https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/schedules/downloads/adult/adult-combined-schedule.pdf
