Health Services Home
Taunton Public School Nurses are essential and valued members of the educational team. Our nurses are held to high standards by both the Massachusetts Department of Health (MDPH) and the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE).
They offer unique opportunities for students to learn healthy behaviors and to receive easily accessible health services within a school setting.
They are specially trained in health promotion and assessment, respond skillfully to today's students' ever-changing health care needs, and are knowledgeable in the most appropriate referral procedures.
Our nurses are dedicated to addressing all our students' medical and emotional needs to keep them healthy, safe, and ready to learn.

Manet Community Health Center at Taunton Public Schools
Taunton Public Schools partners with Manet Community Health to provide a school-based health center at Parker Middle School, next to Taunton High School. The center offers convenient access to medical and mental health services and works closely with school nurses and caregivers to support student health.
