PreK Lottery Application

Full-Day PreK

PreK registration works differently from K–12 registration. Caregivers apply during a set window, and available seats are assigned through a lottery.

The lottery application process is done online through SchoolMint

About the Lottery Application Process

  • Caregivers choose up to three (3) schools for their student
  • Multiples (like twins) are guaranteed the same result in the lottery
  • Siblings of existing students will be given priority placement at the existing student’s school
  • Caregivers are notified by email if their student has been offered a seat in the program or if they are on the waitlist
  • Caregivers have 10 days to accept or decline the seat. After 10 days, the system will automatically offer the seat to the next student on the waitlist

Submitting an application does not guarantee placement.

The lottery registration window is April 1-30.

The lottery will take place on May 15

All students registering for PreK after April 30 will be placed on the waitlist
